YARROW POINT

The town of Yarrow Point is bordered on three sides by the eastern shoreline of Lake Washington. This peninsula covers approximately 231 acres and includes just over 400 homes. Approximately one fourth of the homes enjoy waterfront locations or access while the remaining homes offer views ranging from expansive to territorial. Their fabled 4th of July celebration is legendary and second only to their friendly sense of community. The original water fountain is the landmark to their beautiful waterfront beach park. Four legged friends are especially beloved on Yarrow Point.
